The Skin Transformer offers free shipping within Canada and the U.S. on orders over $125.00 CAD. Samples ship free.

A flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all other orders. We no longer offer free shipping on all orders due to the rising cost of transportation. The flat rate fee covers a small portion of the shipping cost.

Standard shipping orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and orders may take 7 - 10 business days to arrive. We ship Canada Post, USPS, UPS and Purolator. Tracking numbers are provided.

Orders after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next day. Orders after 5:00 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Be advised that The Skin Transformer is a natural product that is temperature sensitive and may melt at high temperatures. We pack ship products with recyclable thermal liners in the warm months for temperature control in an effort to send you a product you can use on opening.

In the hot months, please open the jar upright on a flat surface the first time to ensure it is in solid form. If it is in liquid form, give it a quick stir and refrigerate it until solid. This will not affect the product's quality. 

​

In the cold months, it may arrive frozen. Use the same process as hot months for the first time opening and if it is frozen, simply leave it

on the counter until warmed.

The Skin Transformer is kept in refrigeration at a controlled temperature to ensure it arrives fresh to you.
