We think you’re going to love using The Skin Transformer, however, if you aren’t delighted with your experience within 30 days, simply let us know. Product return is not required.

Returns and Exchanges 

Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, less the shipping cost (if the product qualified for free shipping).

You can initiate a return online or by email at hello@theskintransformer.ca.  By email, please include your order number and reason for return

to initiate the return process. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) are received (if necessary) and processed at The Skin Transformer. 

Exchanges will ship free to Canada and the United States.

Promotions

If your order was a promotional offer that reduces the price of any products or your order, and you return some portion of the order so that the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer (including free shipping) then The Skin Transformer reserves the right to reduce the refund by the additional amount that order may have cost.

If your order included a “Gift with Purchase,” the gift must be returned. If not returned, The Skin Transformer reserves the right to reduce the refund by the cost of the gift or the initial amount the order may have cost, including free shipping.

Order Cancellations and Modifications
We’ll do our best to accommodate a request for cancellation or modification of your order within 2 hours after your order is placed. Cancellation and modifications are not possible after your order has been processed.
