Orders are processed Monday to Friday,  holidays excluded, and usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 pm EST Thursday or Friday are shipped the following Monday to avoid your order sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend.   Orders are shipped Canada Post, U.S. Postal Service and Purolator. You can expect delivery within 3 to 7 days, depending on your location. All orders are tracked. We currently sell locally in Mission at Mon Cheri Beauty Boutique and Ornae & Spirit, where we can closely manage inventory for freshness. Because our formula is natural, extended retail shelf time can affect quality. Our primary sales channel is online, allowing us to control freshness from start to finish. Every jar is kept in cold storage until it’s ready to ship.
